I was so excited to try this restaurant! They make everything in-house, including the vegan cheeses! We started with the maple garlic cauliflower "wings." They were delicious! We also had the pineapple Brussel sprouts. I'm not a Brussel sprout person, so my expectations were low. I couldn't stop eating them! The entrees were good, but the zebra cake vegan dessert stole the show! I wish I had gotten a second one to take home!
I highly recommend Indigo 52! The service was wonderful, and the food was amazing. Beautiful presentation, and I loved that the veggies were all sourced locally. The vegan crab cakes were awesome, I've tried making them on my own and never came close to how good these were. They were great about making sure there were no food allergies at the table, and I cannot stress enough how amazing it is to have so many gluten free options. Every aspect of the menu is thoughtful, down to the beverage options and even fully edible garnishes. Support this local business that is doing things right and utilizing the local farms. Had stuffed french toast to dye for. And very large portion . I took half home as snack. Also had a strawberry banana smoothie.. Words cant express how pleased i was. Owner Felicia and Chef Kadel Woody are great. I have a health condition that limits what i can eat and tolerate. They had many many options and where even willing to do special order to cater to my needs😍😍😍. Highly recommend this place!!!$
